Mr. Nils Butterhof and Mr. Michael Valentini, founders and managing partners of SeQTec GmbH, are seasoned experts in the management of design and construction projects, with a special focus on hazard detection systems and their interfaces.
Mr. Butterhof has been active in this field since 2007, successfully leading reference projects within EU initiatives, IT infrastructure, logistics, and the aviation industry. He gained extensive experience as a site manager, project manager, department head, and director before founding SeQTec GmbH in 2022.
Mr. Valentini brings 14 years of expertise in system integration, programming, and design of hazard detection systems and their interfaces. Together, they lead SeQTec GmbH, leveraging their extensive knowledge and experience to drive the company’s growth and innovation.
The KRITIS Framework Law will come into effect on October 18, 2024. This date marks the deadline for implementing the CER Directive. Operators of critical infrastructures will then have until July 17, 2026 (21 months) to meet the requirements. The federal government will pass the law in 2024.
